I started Whites back in 2013 with the view of offering landlords and tenants a hassle-free lettings and sales experience. Having steadily grown the business through the recommendation of our ever-growing client base, I feel this has been the key to our success. Being a member of ARLA/PropertyMark from the beginning has also helped reassure our clients of our knowledge of the letting industry. Outside work, I enjoy being around our beautiful coastline and spending time with my wife and two children.
Maddy
Head of Property Management
As the Head of Property Management, my role involves supervising daily operations in the office and overseeing all departments within property management, such as legal, deposits, finance, maintenance, and lettings, ensuring that high levels of both landlord and tenant satisfaction are achieved whilst working in line with government legislation and property law. Outside of work I enjoy cooking, visiting my family in Spain and spending time with my beloved dog.
Claire Harris
Business Development Manager
I have been working within property for the last six years recently completing my Arla level 3. At Whites of Bournemouth, my primary responsibility involves increasing our portfolio of properties by welcoming new landlords. Additionally, I oversee the seamless transition from enlisting the property, assist with managing the letting process, and organising property inspections. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and three children. My hobbies include mountain biking, leisurely walks along our stunning beaches with my dog, and exploring the Jurassic coast on my paddleboard.
Stacy Ellis
Property Manager
My role of a Property Manager is to be the 1st responder on the telephones and email to deliver a 1st class maintenance service to both Landlords and tenants. To deal effectively with day-to-day repairs and other programmes of work ensuring that value for money is achieved. To coordinate and deliver an effective maintenance service, ensuring that high levels of tenant and customer satisfaction are achieved while working to agreed policies and procedures. Outside of my work role I love spending time with my family.
Charley-Rae Everett
Lettings negotiator
In my role as a lettings negotiator, I facilitate smooth property leasing processes for both landlords and tenants. This involves actively participating in property viewings, liaising with landlords for new lets, and handling all necessary paperwork to ensure seamless transactions. Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym, playing badminton with friends, and socialising.
